Adobe / reinstallation issues / product keys

Last year my organization purchased several Adobe products.  Some of our computers had to have the drives wiped clean and start over.  The Adobe products will not reinstall because the product keys are only good for one use.  Adobe has not offered any help.  What can we do to reinstall our purchases?

Hello,

  You should first give us a call so that we can make sure you have all of the required information for these products. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to reinstall any software product if you are not able to properly un-install the product first. One of the functions of this process is to deactivate the license for re-use.
