Requalification Question

06-22-2009 9:09 AM

Hi,

I updated my address a while back and am wondering if there's a way to check the re-qualification status of my organization so that I can plan some upcoming orders.  I sent the necessary paperwork off to customer service, but wasn't sure if I would hear back if there was problem...

Checking under my account just shows 're-qualification pending', is there a way to know how close I am to being re-qualified of if there's anything else I may need to provide?

Thanks,

Hi Jon,

There's a lot of great information in the Requalification section of our TechSoup Stock Tips: #1 Registration, Qualification & Authorized Agents http://forums.techsoup.org/cs/forums/p/28287/98864.aspx. Please call us if you have any other questions.

Thank You!

That was extremely fast and helpful.  I had originally sent my request to customer service, but it looks like there is a separate email address set up specifically for qualification issues.

May I request a moderator to remove my username from the original post or to change it to JL4cb?  I didn't realize that my username was set to my full email address.  I'll be using the JL4cb username from now on.

Thanks,
Jon

Jon,

We are unable to move these posts over to a different user account but, if needed, you do have the ability to edit and delete your posts. Please keep in mind that the JL4cb account is not currently associated with your organization.

Thank You,

I have since associated the account with my organization but I still am unable to delete my posts.  I can edit the message, but even if I delete the contents of the message, won't my username still be visible?

Thanks,
Jon

Edit: Interesting, I now see a delete link on my last reply only, but not on the original post...
Edit: It looks like the delete link that I saw was just a fluke, I am back to no longer seeing a delete link on any post.

Hi Jon--

Good news, looks like I was able to change the username on your back posts so now all of your previous posts link to your current username (and won't show your old username).

Best,

Megan
