Hello Eric - Sorry for this inconvenience. Occasionally the Community MAR application system has this particular problem. I have sent you a more detailed explanation, but others might be interested also.
The standard workaround in this situation is to start over, make sure to clear all the Internet history on your computer, use Internet Explorer 7, and use a different Windows Live-registered email address for login. (It doesn't need to be a "real" address, but it has to look like one and be registered!) This combination virtually always works. If your Community MAR application is approved, we can later change your login to anything you want.
