We are a small nonprofit (about 15 employees) and have currently been using a 3rd party company to manage our server and, mostly, respond to problems with individual workstations. We are looking for a new company to use since we are not happy with the current one. Can anyone recommend a company?
We are based in Raleigh, NC but have employees in other cities in NC, VA and MS. All remote workstations are basically managed by me but I don't know anything about server maintenance or networking. It would be really nice to get a techie on staff, but that is definitely not in the budget.
Any help you can provide is very appreciated!
