Once an organization is registered and your qualification documents have been sent in, it should only take a few business days. If by checking your account status online through the My Account link, you see that your organization is still pending qualification, you may want to re-send your documents and give us a call to make sure they were received.
According to the account for your organization, we have not received or processed any documents. Please send these again either by fax (415) 633-9444 or email qualification@techsoup.org.
