FTP Site

I am looking for a free FTP site that I can upload large files to for others to download.

Something like yousendit? (Technically not FTP, but maybe will work for you?)

I use yousendit, but if you have files larger than 100MB, you'd have to use the paid version.  You are also limited to 100 downloads of the file.  Other than those limitations, it works great. 

Wikipedia and Open Directory both have pretty good lists of file hosting services, several of which are accessible by FTP. I agree that for overall ease and simplicity, something like Yousendit is going to be best for sending large files to colleagues.

Try Dreamhost.  It's hella cheap, so-so updtime, and fast to setup.

Tell them you're a non-profit (fax in your 503 letter), and I believe you get hosting for free.
