unable to become a registered agent for my agency

One of the people in the past that have held my position has used Tech Soup for our agency.  I don't have the log-in information from when she was here and whenever I click on "Authorized Agent Request" I get a page that cannot be displayed.  Is there any way for me to get the agency log-in information??

I too  am unable to register our new IT guy.  He has a personal account on Tech Soup, but I can't find the button to associate him with Townspeople.

Hi Jim,

  Once logged in with his account, you will need to click on the Register Organization link and then then button that asks "Is My Organization Registered?". To complete this process, you will need the EIN and the organization ID and password. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
