client tracking software

We build affordable housing and are looking for software that would help us track the application process that our partner families go through, as well as the post-closing support process.

We looked into Alpha 5, but the learning curve is too steep for the staff resources we have available.

We're investigating Community TechKnowledge, but feel it may be large for our needs, as well as pricey. Has anyone used it? Satisfied? Dissatisfied?

Are there other options available that anyone would care to recommend? I have the list of tools that Idealware has published, but I'm looking for first-hand recommendations.

Thanks so much!

While it was not assembled for your purpose, you may want to take a look at these case management software products I found while researching such for my clients who manage food pantries.  I eventually created software for food pantries.

You might also want to check out Keystone. This is the software that used to be called Habitrack, and was developed for Habitat of Humanity use.

I have not used it personally, but have talked to people who have. While the donor management features aren't as robust as some donor management software out there, it does have particular features that are useful for tracking clients through housing issues.

Best wishes,
