Merged Labels in Word 2007 Won't Print.

I've created a sheet of labels in Word (merged from an Excel spreadsheet), but when I attempt to print them, each address converts to the common field name: "Address Block." Word's support page says to go to the "Tools" menu to change the "Options/Print/Include with document/Field codes" setting, but I have no "Tools" menu. This has not happened to me before, and I've printed thousands of labels. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Thanks for your question about Word 2007 Labels. I have found that when the excel file is used as a separate data source to create the label, the default "Address to" and all other normal letter type named fields are not used. I also create hundreds of labels and have never experienced this type of issue as long as the data source is clearly defined. You are correct when stating that you don't have a "tools" menu. In Word 2007 all this functionality is in the Mailings tab. Again thanks for your question and best of luck with your labels.

Make sure you click on 'preview' to view your labels. Also, you need to make sure the data for 'address block' matches correctly. Right click on address block and then click edit address block. From the window that pops up click on match fields. Then save your changes. Click print preview. If that looks good click on finish and merge.
