Does anyone have or know of, an access template that can collect contact information of potential foundations as well as their requirements, contact history, etc?

Dear EEGDHS,

There's a free Access donor database on Microsoft's website here. Also, Willow Mountain's Giving Database was written in Access and is free. Metrix is also free. It uses an Access front-end and SQL Server back-end.
