Have you checked out the
DramaBiz site? They have an article on integrated software for performing arts groups. Scroll down to the bottom of their home page for the link. I enjoyed the article myself, which I found clear and good on the issues to consider with integrated software and included some of the software options in their case studies.
Over the years, I've collected a list of these kinds of integrations, to keep up to date. If you do a Google search (box office donor management software) you will also come up with quite a few of them. I have no particular recommendations to make, excused on the grounds of conflict of interest as I work for a software company myself. ;-)
