Ticketing/Fundraising Software

I'm looking for recommendations for integrated ticketing and fundraising software. If you have any suggestions, I'd love to hear them! So far we've looked at

Paciolan (just bought by Ticketmaster)
AudienceView (just hired a former Ticketmaster owner as their CEO)
Black Baud (not integrated)
Tessitura (not the best enhancement process)

Recommendations would be most appreciated.

Thanks,
-Todd

We took a look at Choice Ticketing too, but they look too small for our needs.

Todd,

Have you checked out the DramaBiz site? They have an article on integrated software for performing arts groups. Scroll down to the bottom of their home page for the link. I enjoyed the article myself, which I found clear and good on the issues to consider with integrated software and included some of the software options in their case studies.

Over the years, I've collected a list of these kinds of integrations, to keep up to date. If you do a Google search (box office donor management software) you will also come up with quite a few of them. I have no particular recommendations to make, excused on the grounds of conflict of interest as I work for a software company myself. ;-)

Best wishes,

Sasha,

Thanks for the heads up. I cruised through the article quickly and passed it on to a couple of the other people in my department. My first impression is that the additional vendors on the list are smaller than what we're looking for, but I'm keeping an open mind as I do my research. You never know when you'll find a big gem in a little box.

Thanks,
-Todd

I started looking into software of this type for a client today. Based on preliminary review, Center Stage Software Center Stage
looks pretty good. There is a free version and a $995 version. A web ticketing option is available (unclear if any cost).

Center Stage is the vendor that our company (FundRaiser donor management software) choose to integrate with.
