Has your org implemented a content-filtering policy?

Hi all,

I'm writing up a couple of FAQs on content filtering, which will include general advice and information, as well as info on filtering hardware and software. I've gotten a lot on info on the hardware and software angle, but one thing I'm still researching is tips on putting together a content-filtering policy.
