Have you ever had to conduct a training under a tight deadline? How did you cope with the time crunch?
If I have to do a training without a preparation time, I do the following:
-Create a brief overview presentation on the topic
-Come up with a good set of inquiry questions
-Come up with a small group activity or facilitate a large group discussion on the topic
Most of the time, the people I'm training already know a lot about the topic (except for some maybe highly technical trainings) and sharing that knowledge with each other is really effective.
