Can I ask if you ended up paying as much as your earlier post suggested it would cost? How much was the actual installation and training cost of your free subscription to salesforce? I am in the midst of budget prep and need to know if we can put it in the budget for next year!

Thanks,

If you're looking at fundraising packages, you should definitely take a look at CiviCRM:

http://civicrm.org/

CiviCRM is an open source and freely downloadable constituent relationship management solution. CiviCRM is web-based, open source, internationalized, and designed specifically to meet the needs of advocacy, non-profit and non-governmental groups. Integration with both Drupal and Joomla! content management systems gives you the tools to connect, communicate and activate your supporters and constituents.

Donor Tools should really be on the list.  I think it is easy, affordable, online donor management software for non-profits. You can see the website www.donortools.com is their website. I started using it for a small non-profit ( www.napagradnite.com)  that I sit on the board of. It does everything our little nonprofit needs.

I strongly recommend folks review this article instead, which has much more up to date information: http://www.techsoup.org/learningcenter/databases/page11928.cfm
