Do you know of any Grants Management software that would work for a Nonprofit organization who receives federal, state, city, foundation and corporations grants and contracts with about $12-$15 million in budget? Has anyone used Bamboo Solutions grant management software?
Thank you very much.

Thank you for the information. However, I was looking to track application for grants to actual monitoring of grants, due dates, budgets, track program reports and financial reporting etc.
I am sorry that I could not provide the exact information that you have been looking for because each software has small amount of functionality compared the others. Each software has its own features that others don't but I think they are similar of doing the same task.
As a result, I have found six free software that you might need. Please read the high light features, then decide what you need and what you don't need. You could install multiple software on your computer, but this way will make you confuse. It's up to you. Good luck!

I am looking for a grants management system as well - one that can track the financial aspects of grants received as well as track the reporting requirements to administer grants received. I would appreciate recommendations for suitable software.

Not sure if you've discovered a product that would work for you. I'm thinking that some of the software packages used to manage contracts in the for-profit world would have functionality that would work for many of the tasks you mentioned.

I believe some of the functionality you are seeking can be found using the software:
www.mywebgrants.com
Let me know if its helpful.
Just curious if anyone has found (or uses) something that also allows you to do budgeting etc... w/out the use of a seperate program (i.e. Quicken or Quickbooks) in addition to managing grants.
Thanks.

Hi dhshah,
I work for an IT consultant company that develops customized database management systems for nonprofits. If you are overwhelmed with selecting the right software, consider contacting me at
RTS especially if nothing out there is meeting your needs. I wish you my best!

Tnyilasi: The dullestech web-based grant management system looks interesting. Do you have any experience with it? Is the service widely used and do you know if dulles tech is robust? Are you aware of any competing products?

I've been looking for the same software myself, so far I've found:
MyWebGrants
PhilanTrack and
eGrantsManager
They all look relatively good from the outside and I'm waiting to receive more info. from the companies, but if anyone has any experience using the software or knows of any other products out there, I'd appreciate it!
