Does anyone know of inexpensive software that will help me track my students and that alllows you to upload pictures? That would help me remember their names and such. Thanks!

The company that I recently worked for, Community TechKnowledge, provides a web-based software solutions for nonprofits to track clients (in your case students).
You can easily upload their photos, track attendance, things of that nature. They're # is: 877-441-2111 - ask for Jessica Martinez, she's been with CTK for almost 4 years and is very knowledgeable of the product and the nonprofit space.
Tell her that her old boss sent you and I said to give you a great price!
Good luck...
If all you need is a class roster with photos, you could do that in Excel or a Word table. Just import the graphic into a cell.
Do you need something fancier than just a list?

You could also just use a free photo upload utility such as
Gallery or
Flickr, if all you want to do is remember their names and faces. This is off-topic, by the way, as it has nothing to do with fundraising.

I realized that after I had posted here and posted in another forum. Sorry for making you go off topic in here.

Thanks Robert. Actually, I would also like to include parent/guardian contacts and insurance info.
Since your post is off-topic for this forum, I replied to your
other posting.
