Open Source OS X FTP Programs?

I've recently switched back to a Mac at home since I just couldn't resist the 12" Powerbook. While looking for a great replacement for Filezilla, an FTP tool I was using on Windows, I can across Cyberduck @ http://cyberduck.ch/ for my Mac.

While this tool seems to work nicely, I still have some minor complains. Does anyone else have suggestions for open-source FTP tools? Its too bad that when you connect to an FTP site using the Finder's Server connectivity dialogs, that you can only download and the FTP permissions don't seem to matter.

I also use a powerbook, and haven't been able to find anything better than cyberduck thats opensource or free to use. I have looked high and low too. Maybe it's time to get some objective-c and cocoa books :)

Fugu is great. It works as a SFTP/SCP client and is OSS. http://rsug.itd.umich.edu/software/fugu/
