Survey software

Anyone know of a good, easy to use, inexpensive survey creation program? I don't want an online version since our clients are elderly and may not have computer access. I just want to create a survey and data entry responses into a program to compile for me. Thanks for any help!

Thanks Ritchie. I've sent them an inquiry. Just what I'm looking for!

Yikes! I priced Keystone - 710.42 US dollars + P&P from the UK. That's with a 25% npo discount. It is just what I needed but I'll have to keep looking. Any other ideas out there?

Try Wisco Survey, I've used them and they're fairly inexpensive and the software is easy to use. www.wiscosurvey.com good luck!

Good and Free... that's PHPSurveyor, assuming you're looking for something web-based. It requires a little knowledge about how to set up a simple mySQL database and isn't the easiest thing out there, but it has all the features you could hope to find in Survey Software.

Yes, I am looking for something that is paper rather than web based. I think I've found it. It's called Survey Gold and has a free 30 day trial period. Thank you all for the good suggestions.

I've used SurveyGold for about five years for print and web surveys. It's a great program -- easy to master and manage. When I bought it I mentioned I was at a nonprofit and the owner gave me a $50 discount on the standard edition (I paid $100).

Zoomerang is another popular choice. Nonprofits should check out their ZNonProfit survey solution.

I just started using the free service at http://blogpoll.com

It's absolutely nothing fancy, but if you're looking for simple I think it's a good choice.

Yeah but zoomerang makes you pay $350 for year subscription. I searched around and found another much cheaper and more convenient solution. StellarSurvey. They have a free subscription available and to upgrade its only $10 a month! That is the cheapest deal I could find out there. Hope this helps.

How about surveymonkey.com

A basic survey is free...I've used it on one occasion and it was more than adequate for our (non-sophisticated) needs.

Good luck!

Survey Monkey is a good tool to use and it is free. We have used it a few times for general purposes and it has worked out good.
