I have ordered and paid for donations already. They should be in transit. As I was looking for how to set a password that is one I create instead of having a new one sent each time I long in, I saw that our profile says our organizational status is "unresponsive". How do I change the password, and why does our profile say :unresponsive?

Your donation requests should now begin processing, they will be fulfilled in the form of an email with instructions on how to download your product. I am also sending you a message to the email listed on your account to confirm I got the right one. I've included instructions on how to update your password. I hope this helps!
