Is there research on software, techniques and tools for organizations to improve website accessibility for people with different abilities? We are thinking about offering a webinar for non-profits to make them aware of the legal requirements, which won't be terribly technical, but we don't want to suggest services that are not vetted. I find information from companies that provide these services, but I would like some unbiased perspective on what is effective and what is not. EX:
I assume the web platform makes a big difference, as well as other variables, so I know this is not a simple matter. Anyone have experience with education on the topic?
