We have used ICDSoft for over a decade and been pleased with the price (about $100/year) and excellent service for their web hosting. Now however, we seem to have outgrown our web hosting plan and it is creating problems. We are exceeding the 100 CPU minutes we are allotted each day. The upgrade ICDSoft proposes will cost over $200/month.
My best advice is that you contact a few different web hosting providers and speak to them directly regarding your situation. If you want a few recommendations, two web hosts I like are HostGator and Dreamhost. I know that Dreamhost also offers a free hosting plan to nonprofits and I would ask them if your bandwidth needs will be met. Be sure to address the 100 CPU cap you've been experiencing up until now with your current host. What this means is that you will need a more powerful hosting plan that can accommodate you with higher bandwidth. For example, you might need a plan that gives you unlimited bandwidth.
Hope this helps.
