Do you feel lost or overwhelmed when it comes to launching and marketing your website? Maybe you're not too sure what needs to be done exactly?
There's a lot of things to consider when it comes to maintaining an effective website, and it's sometimes best to use a checklist that contains some important steps and best practices for you to follow along the way.
Stoney deGeyter wrote an excellent article-type checklist over at SearchEngineGuide.com for this very purpose. You can check it out here:
The Best Damn Web Marketing Checklist, Period!
I'd recommend reading the entire article to get additional tips for each section of the checklist.
Myself, I've got the PDF version of his checklist bookmarked in my favorites. It's a great reference to keep handy when working on a website.
Feel free to post your questions or comments regarding any item mentioned in the list.

Thanks, Yann, I bookmarked this one myself. I've been needing to create a website for myself for sometime and it really helps to have a checklist to not only make sure I didn't miss anything, but also to not get too overwhelmed in the process.
I noticed this guy also has a checklist for web security & privacy which also looks like a good one.
Another thing this does well marketing-wise? Has a funny and eye-catching title.
Best,

Great list! Nice reminder. It's the canonicalization stupid! :-)
