I had purchased the Lenovo Affinity program and have used it a handful of times. Starting last weekend, it is now asking for a code to get into the pricing. It says that I received the passcode in my initial fulfillment letter. I have found that letter and have seen no such code.
I emailed cust. support as requested by the lenovo site where is asks for the passcode, but have yet to hear back. I have people waiting on new laptops and would like to get things ordered right away.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Is it just me?
Support contacted me today and gave me the code.
As these forums are public, I don't want to give it out, but they will give it to you once you are in the program.
