I have tried to create two new logins to TechSoup recently for two different organizations. I never receive the email confirmation from TechSoup. We have added the TechSoup domain to safe senders, checked junk, quarantine, and all the server logs and no email is being received from email@example.com. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Yes. I have a person that needs to be connected who isn't receiving the emails either. I checked our server logs and nothing has ever arrived from firstname.lastname@example.org.
I am having the same issue. I get the first email fine, the second email never shows up. I am an IT Professional.

I had the same problem. I kept requesting the email and never got got it. This was 3 days ago. All of a sudden, today I’ve gotten about 10 emails! Every one I clicked had expired. So I requested another. The email came right away finally. Once I got in, trying to add my organization, now it’s asking me for my organization code. I’ve already put in the tax ID. That’s not what it wants. I am so frustrated with this!!!
