Got the code. Since I already was running the software (but it had expired), I downloaded the trial, 2018 was removed and 2019 is installed. and all is up and running under a trial subscription.
So I plug in my code that TS provided via email and I get the error: “This key was already used to generate a subscription”.
Bitdefender customer service was not available. It took several days for TS to answer my reply. I replied back to TS but don't expect a fast response.
Anyone had this issue? How about a code that was no good from TS?
