My recent questions to QB go unanswered because they indicate I do not have current software support. Apparently the support obtained when we first bought the software from TechSoup was only for the first year. When I look at the TechSoup catalog now I do not see anything that addresses ongoing software maintence support for QB.
Does TechSoup have a Software Maintenance Program for Quickbooks ???

My church purchased Quickbooks 2016 Premiere Non-profit edition (3 user license) back in 2016 via TechSoup and it is running on a network of 1 Dell server and 5 Dell clients (2 of which run QB).
I found the following under the description of the 2019 version of the product:
QuickBooks includes 12 months of free telephone support from Intuit for issues related to downloading or installing the software. Other issues might require a one-time fee or purchase of a support plan.
The above describes what you get from Intuit. My understanding is that TechSoup doesn't have Support Plan as such, but members are encouraged to use the forums to get tech support from TechSoup. The manufacturer provides free or discounted software to non-profits and TechSoup tries to help members solve tech issues beyond what is listed. Forum member support provides encouragement to manufacturers to continue to offer software via TechSoup.
So you should be able to get some support here, but if you have more complex problems or are not satisfied with the support provided you will have to explore other options.
