I sent an email to customer service after seeing that a hardware item they were offering was more expensive than the donor was selling it for on their own website. The response I got was short, unhelpful, and ended with this:

The bold and underline was their emphasis, not mine. Maybe I'm reading into it a bit but it read to me as "if you don't like it, piss off." Techsoup might want to work on finesse in written responses.
