Does Techsoup have any Domain Service, we want to move off of Network Solutions. We are planning to move to G-Suite but not sure if Google DNS is part of the non-profit products.
I don't see any domain registration services in TechSoup's catalog. I use 1&1 for my domains, and they're pretty cheap. Also, my fellow forum host Yann has compiled a list of registrars that offer free web site hosting. Hosting is a much bigger expense than domain registration.

Robert may have answered your question, but I found what you asked to be very confusing. :-)
- You are free to transfer a registered domain name to a different registrar as long as the new registrar can work with the type of domain that you have. My only caution is to avoid having your domain with the same provider as your hosting account. While the risk is small, they could hold your web site "hostage" if there is a dispute in the future. If your domain is registered with a different company, you can move your site anywhere and anytime you want.
- GSuite and Google DNS can work with, but are not connected to your domain name. You would configure Gsuite to work with your domain, but that is done where your domain is registered or with the DNS at your hosting provider, as far as I know.
