I have gone through every step in the email from Microsoft to register this renewed donation at their VLSC. All that goes smoothly, and I downloaded Office.
To use it, however, requires activation, and every time I try to activate it, logging in with the same account used to log in to download the package. Every single time, I get a message saying there is 'a problem with this account' and to try again later. This has been going on for days now.
The software is absolutely worthless if I can't use it.
