Hello. On 4/25/18 I received an email stating that my organization had been validated. However, I could not generate Validation Tokens to take advantage of the donations. My organization status was listed as "Requalification Pending" since then.
On the "My Account" page it says, "If you have any questions about your qualification status, please contact TechSoup Customer Service." I used the link to email Customer Service, but have not had a response from them.
In this case it's really best to follow the instructions asking you to contact customer service. There's likely a disconnect in the information somewhere and requires assistance from TechSoup staff.
Hmm. Their instructions were, "If you have any questions about your qualification status, please contact TechSoup Customer Service." (see screenshot below) I thought I was following the instructions precisely when I clicked the indicated link, and used the Support contact form to send them an email.
Besides that... there were no initial instructions asking me to contact Customer Service. Just weeks of "Requalification Pending" status with no instructions, pertinent information, or follow-up.
PS: Our non-profit is not my source of income, so the limited phone availability of TechSoup's Customer Service is difficult for me to take advantage of.
it's possible that they are very busy and haven't yet read your email. If you visit the Contact Us page again you can scroll down for the customer service phone number and hours.
