I've been reading up on DocuSign Pro for the non-profit I'm associated with. I have noticed that both the standard and professional licenses have max 100 documents/year that can be sent. I didn't see this restriction on the DocuSign website. Is this accurate?
Here's the info I did find on their website: https://www.docusign.com/products-and-pricing
How many documents can I send each month?
The number of document sends included each month differs by plan type. DocuSign’s Personal plan includes 5 document sends per month. DocuSign Standard, Real Estate & Business Pro plans purchased online do not have a hard usage cap, but are subject to reasonable use limits.
What are the usage limits for the Standard & Business Pro plans?
We believe that volume (i.e. number of envelopes) should not be a deciding factor in selecting your eSignature provider. Our Standard & Business Pro plans, purchased on DocuSign.com, include 100 envelopes per user per year. But we understand that you may be unsure of your volume requirements, so we encourage you to use as many envelopes as you need during your first year, provided that such use is consistent with our Reasonable Use Policy. If you exceed 100 envelopes in your first year, our sales team will contact you to help you choose the plan that best meets your needs as part of your renewal process.
If this doesn't help to answer your question I would recommend visiting the DocuSign website and chatting with a live representative to get clarification.
