Hi - I am a member of Tech Soup. I want to get g-suite for our organization. I went to google and applied using a validation code and received this message. It has been well over two weeks and I haven't heard a word. I cannot call them as I am not yet set up and do not have a pin for support. Can anyone HELP????????

Having just gone through this myself, I can help. the support phone number is 1-877-355-5787.
What I read up there is that a non-profit account for the Baptist General Conference was set up previously by someone else. That's what happened to me. So they will ask you to set up something called a CNAME DNS record so they can establish that you are honestly someone associated with the account and they can transfer ownership.
The best thing to do is get in touch with TechSoup Customer Service which you can do here: http://www.techsoup.org/about-us/contact-us and they can assist in resolving the issue.
Thank you. I tried that but it says I need a support pin to get through and I don't have one because I haven't been assigned an administrator log in yet. So frustrating.
