You can invite others to become authorized agents by following the instructions below. How to Add Authorized Agents1. Log in to TechSoup.2. Click your member email address at the top of the page (next to the gear icon).
3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and make sure the correct organization is listed as Active.4. Select the organization you want to invite the individual to.5. Select Invite a new agent in the top right, above the list of agents.6. Enter the individual’s email address and then Send Invitation.An email with instructions and your organization’s association code will be sent to your prospective agent.
As an authorized agent, you have the ability to remove any authorized agents from your organization’s account.To Remove Authorized Agents:1. Log in to TechSoup.2. Click your member email address at the top of the page (next to the gear icon).3. Be sure to have the correct organization "Active" by scrolling to the bottom of the screen.4. Click My Active Organization Profile.5. You will see a list of Authorized Agents on the right-hand side. Select Remove next to the individual’s name that you wish to remove.6. It will then prompt you to confirm that you wish to remove the individual. Click on Remove This Agent.
