Can someone please tell me what an Association Code is? I have clicked on every link they have posted and cannot figure out how to get it. I am the director of an org and their "helpful" links say that it will be emailed to me in my confirmation for joining. Well I have looked the site over many times and can't find it.

The detailed instructions are incorrect. There is no Association Code in my active orgs list. I'm trying to give same to a colleague and can't find it.

Please help... the instructions at the link aren't helpful at all. I am the executive director, and it's my name that pops up when I try to add the organization. But it doesn't recognize me, and asks for an association code. I have no idea what that is.
I'm in a bit of a rush and with the holiday weekend coming up...
Seems like a common issue. Isn't there a way to automate this so we don't have to wait for customer service to help us each time?
An association code is something we use to help ensure that the people wanting to be added to their organization’s account are indeed part of the organization. People can get this association code from their organization’s current authorized agent. If the authorized agent for their account has left the organization (or they don’t know who it is), you can email or call us and TechSoup will help you get added to the account.
If one of the existing authorized agents is still with your organization, you can contact that person with the following instructions to be invited as an authorized agent:

What if there is no "authorized agent" that has the code? How long does it take to hear back from your Customer Service with instruction on how to proceed? I submitted a support form 2 days ago.
Your instructions are absolutely worthless. Why do I have to manually do all of this stuff anyway? You've already validated me and my organization, it should already be associated.
