I am in need of project management software, donor database and bookkeeping software. Is it possible to get discounts on all of them or do I need to pick one to ask for? This service is so amazing! Thank you for all you do!! Also, we have been paying for quickbooks online. Do you know if it is possible to apply this to an existing account?
Each product has it's own eligibility criteria. Without looking at your organization's account specifically to check against those criteria, you should be able to select any products you want. The discounts are not limited to a "choose only one" type of model. For example, if you wanted to request access to discounted rates for Asana and Intuit, QuickBooks Online, you will be able to. However, you would not be able to request QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Premier, as the eligibility restrictions only allow one product within that donor program. If you are looking to switch from a existing QuickBooks Online account, to one through TechSoup you will need to do one of two things:
1. Request the discounted subscription, start from scratch and transfer all the lists such as Chart of Accounts, Donors, etc. through Excel.
2. You can work with an Intuit representative from the SBGCare group to help migrate your data, although there are times where there are data issues which result in an incomplete migration.
