Do you carry the Quickbooks Pro 2019 desktop for a PC?
Thank you for your message!
We have the QuickBooks Premier 2019 1-User license and 3-User licenses available for a PC.
Hope this helps!

Thank Baily...If you have time, could you please respond to these questions?
QB Premier Edition 2019, 1 user; Can that do payroll without using the payroll management charing additional fees? There would only be possible 5 employees at this ministry.
What do you mean the nonprofit edition?
Is this desktop? And is there additional fees beside $50?
I’ve purchase from you the 2016 Mac. Still works, but I’m reading there won’t be support for it this month. Does that mean my data will be deleted? Is the software still useable?
What do you mean over a network, up to five users can work with the organizations data at the same time? I’m taking over this new organization and they need me to do payroll, I wouldn’t know where to begin. Will another bookkeeper (experienced) be able to oversee my work and help me set up the class tracking, deposits etc?
Will this software have support? I used all the training videos you offered and they helped, but a little was taught about track classes deposits/income/reporting/how to debit from these accounts. That was one avenue that was missing in the video training you offered. They showed what it was and how to set up but not how to deposit and clearly create reports. Will someone be there to help me set this up? Or proved more advanced training videos?
Thank you once again for allowing us to have a place ...
I will try to answer these to the best of my ability!
All the QuickBooks products offered through TechSoup do not come with the Payroll add-on, but can be purchased directly through Intuit and can integrate with the product obtained through TechSoup. If your staff on payroll is smaller and you do not feel as though a dedicated payroll application is needed to manage your organization's needs then there may be some way to keep track of Payroll outside of the specific applications dedicated with a Payroll service. Unfortunately, Ido not have enough expertise with QuickBooks to be able to navigate how to go about doing that. I do know that Intuit has a plethora of community forums where more information may be able to be found on this topic.
The QuickBooks Premier products allow for specific industry editions to be selected during the download process on Intuit's site. One of these editions is called the Nonprofit edition. The QuickBooks Premier 1-User license is a one-time cost of $50. The Mac version is also a one-time cost of $50, and the QuickBooks Premier 3-User license is a one-time fee of $125. The QuickBooks Online product is a cloud-based annual subscription, and the cost of that is an annual cost of $50. The only time your organization were to incur additional fees when using the QuickBooks products would be if you are using an additional product, such as Intuit's Payroll service. Those additional services would be obtained through Intuit directly and would be at retail cost.
In regards to your 2016 Mac QuickBooks, what the end of life is referring to is support for that product. Your data will not be deleted, and the software will still be usable, but if a issue were to arise with the software you would no longer be able to obtain troubleshooting support from Intuit for that product.
Since five users are able to work with the organization's date over a network, you would be able to have another individual have access to your organization's QuickBooks account and assist you if needed.
The QuickBooks Premier software offered through TechSoup comes with 12-months free support from Intuit when it comes to issues related to downloading and installing the software. Other issues may require the purchase of a support plan. QuickBooks Online comes with free support regarding setup assistance, and there is free access to Intuit's knowledgebase and access to training videos. TechSoup does not offer any training videos outside of archived webinars. If looking for more support, or advanced training videos there are a lot of resources on Youtube, or there may be an Intuit ProAdvisor near you who you could contact for further assistance. NOTE: The ProAdvisors may be a paid resource, and anything that you would setup with a ProAdvisor would be independent of any support that TechSoup or Intuit customer support may be able to provide.
