Just like all other posts I've read, I am also having issues with this. How do I obtain this code?
Association codes are only needed if you are trying to gain access to an organization that has already been registered with TechSoup. If an organization is not yet registered, you should be able to go through the join and adding an organization process without issue. During registration, a code will be generated for you and can be changed at any time by editing the organization information.
Associating to an Existing Organization
When you are attempting to add your organization and see that it is already registered (you may need to select the right location first) you will be asked for the association code on the left-hand side of the page. On the right-hand side, the name of existing agents is presented, so that you can ask these individuals to login to their account, locate and give you the code, or to invite you to access the account.
If these individuals are no longer are part of your organization (or are unable to login), contact TechSoup Customer Service. The team will confirm your information and help you gain access to the association code, and your organization's account.

Of no value this above response...I have a personal email and my non profit email. IT DOES NOT MATTER what I do I can not get my Bohemiare 501c3 added and connected. I need to buy you microsoft office so I am dead in the water!

I am having the exact same problem and the exact same circular discussion about the access code with Customer Disservice. I am trying to establish my 501c3 as a new organization and get an token code so I can get on with setting up Google for Non-profits access. This is ridiculous.
I am sorry that this process has been a challenge. There are a number of variables which will have an impact on your experience of this process. Without knowing all of the particulars, it's difficult for me to assist.
