I'm trying to help set up a non-profit organization so they can use gsuite. Google says the org has to be a member of TechSoup. (Their link is broken to this org, BTW). I don't see why this is necessary. I'd appreciate any guidance. Thanks
Google has partnered with TechSoup to validate nonprofit organizations for their nonprofit offers. In order to begin the validation process, registration with TechSoup must be completed and you can receive the instructions for any next steps.
Please let us know if you have additional questions about this process.

The process seems to be working now. I went to Google, applied via Techsoup login that gets you a Validation Code. This is pasted back on the Google product donation page and then it submits the application. Says it may take a few days to get notified.
Glad to hear it! Let us know if you have other questions!
HI, I feel the same. I am helping out (volunteer) in a HOA and became their new president. We are very tight on money and a non-profit. Tried to get Gsuite through non-profit but they sent me to TechSoup. I am hanging here for qualification for quite a while and have no idea if it takes weeks, month, or longer. So I wonder where to get an answer and move forward to get the gsuite for non profit. Is it so complicated with all organizations. I dont care if it is Google or Microsoft I just need something to work with. Tech Soup I sent you an email and did not get a response wonder if somebeody Replys through this channel. Thanks, Daniela
