Can't call customer service because you close at noon. I just signed up our organization the other day. Got an email approval. Logged in and then it says I have to add my organization. I'm the only on eon it. There is no "Association Code" that I can find anywhere. I do not have all day and you are making it way too difficult to do this. If you are going to assign a code then put it where we can see it or emial it to us when we set up the account. I am trying to Add my organization to my email, which is the only one used, and it should have already been added. So, if it is in there somewhere, can you please send step-by-step instructions on where to find the dang thing!! Thanks
I am wondering if you may have received some information in error. If you registered the organization, you do not need to add it again. I will see if i can figure out what info you're being sent as I suspect others may be receiving it also.

The person listed is no longer apart of our organization and I cant find the association code by logging in to TechSoup and viewing the organization detail in their account. Its instructed If none of these people are part of your organization, contact TechSoup Customer Service. Customer Service has not responded. I really want to complete the process asap. Please help, it shouldn't be this difficult.
I am having the same issue
I have been trying to get the proper answer to this simple question for over two weeks. They never give a direct answer. I tried entering the non-profit organization code of C60 (for Environmental Educators). That didn't work. I've written them about 7 times. Thly have ey simple say "that's not thye code". They offer no help in saying what this Code refers to or where to find it. It isn't shown anywhere on my account page. They continually DO NOT DIRECTLY ANSWER THIS QUESTION. Look at their Help Page on this exact subject. Over 120 other people seem to be having this same, exact problem. This is quite bizarre. They should have addressed this issue properly...just from seeing how many inquiries have been posted here...as well as in chatrooms. I've phoned twice but know one is there. I'll probably have to write their main office and send an actual, physical letter.....HOPING FOR A SIMPLE RESPONSE.
Look at the tags (below). Up pops tags showing people's various frustrations with this exact same problem (like stupid, worthless help").
What kind of Amateur Hour operation is this?
I'm going to write Adobe directly and tell them about the lack of a proper response to our effort to partake in their program.
I can't even find an email address to use to send Tech Soup the dozen screenshots I took of all the many people who are similarly puzzled by this 'Mysterious Association Code Problem' and blocked from, rightfully, partaking in this program.
I agree that there is something unusual with the number of inquiries on this subject, and the issue is being researched to pinpoint where the problems are in terms of instructions. I will be sure to pass along your comments.
Now to address your specific needs. An account was created in 2016 with an AOL email address, and this is already associated with the organization. If you still have access to that account, i recommend logging in and using that to act on behalf of the organization (including locating the association code in the organization details, should you need to use it to add any other individuals to the account). If you do not have access to this email address and want to add the Gmail account, you will need to contact customer service to complete this process. This helps to ensure the security of your organization's information and access.

Customer Service has been very busy lately with the influx of new programs. If you have emailed them, they will respond as soon as they are able to. If you haven't yet heard back I recommend giving them a call between the hours of 7am-12pm Pacific time. You may need to wait on hold, but calling and working with an account management specialist is the most direct way to get a resolution. You can locate the phone number at the bottom of the Contact Us page: https://www.techsoup.org/about-us/contact-us
this information is not helpful. I am trying to understand what an association code is and where I would find it for my organization.
