When I click the link provided in the e mail to download my Quikbook it goes to an Intuit page (fine) - it then ask for an ID and password (???) - I went and set up an account with them and repeated the click the link and it says "no products". How do I get my Quickbooks? [request, number 755381]. frb
The Intuit QuickBooks website is currently experiencing technical problems preventing customers from downloading their QuickBooks software. You can call Intuit customer service at (877) 683-3280 for alternative download options while they are working on their website.

I am sorry your experience has been frustrating. We are here to help as much as we can but sometimes technical issues do arise. We hope that Intuit is able to resolve their issues soon but have been assured that all customers can get assistance with their downloads from their customer service team.

Did you get this link from Intuit? I have not seen it before and don't have confirmation that the licenses will work with any of these files.
The registration codes work - I got the site from the Intuit response to me in the Community post:
You should contact Tech Soup, but you could try downloading from the sites below and see if that works.
I am glad you were able to get assistance from Intuit however, I have removed the links from this thread for the time being. We want to confirm any alternatives with Intuit before passing them along to everyone who received a QuickBooks donation. Thank you for following up!
