We just launched our new site:Zelos App for Volunteer TeamsThe app is free for teams of up to 50 members and we are offering a FREE 1-month upgrade for all early-bird sign-ups.
We would like to get feedback from real users, so please feel free to visit our site and send us your comments and suggestions.
We are a for-profit working with community-driven organizations in the EU and US. Our product is available in three versions: free, standard, and premium. Feel free to ask any questions.
The purpose is to help volunteer coordinators manage tasks better. We have push notifications, scoreboards, private groups, and user roles so we can serve both small and large teams.
On this first phase, a manager can assign tasks, assign points per task, see which volunteer is doing what, and handle team communication in a single platform. We serve all kinds of organizations including film festivals, startup events, folk festivals, and even a political campaign. Our first customers have had great ideas to make the app better but we do need to have more feedback to decide which features will the next update include.
The goal is to make volunteerism more efficient and engaging.
According to the 2018 State of the World’s Volunteerism Report, there are 109 million volunteers collaborating in a full-time mode. The non-full time volunteers are harder to track, but we have seen there is a need to create a tool focused in making volunteering more efficient.
I haven't looked at it yet, but if you do, and have feedback, you can post here for others to see, but for the developers to see it, you would need to comment on the original Reddit post.
