We have been using a desktop version of QuickBooks, and just bought QB Online Plus through TechSoup. I received a link to create the account and get set up, but it only created a trial version. TechSoup sent me a new link, and with the second link I get an error message that the account doesn't exist (even though it tells me that after it let's me log into it!).
Anyone have any ideas on how to get this right? Thanks!
