Hi All, Need info on a bunch of software solutions to reach and figure out what could help me manage communication.
1. We're building out our systems, we use outlook calendar to send meeting invites, but need a more powerful meeting scheduler as we are the organizer behind different work groups. We need a scheduler that can contain contacts to select in person or webex meeting style.

3. Thinking we'll use mailchimp for our subscribe now for more info on our website which is community facing. Would like to have a sign in sheet for our partners to keep all their e-mails updated every meeting and make sure they all get meeting info and such.
Can you say more about your organization and scheduling needs? Do you need outbound scheduling software (you would send one or more suggested dates and times), or do you need to let people pick their own dates and times?
