We are looking into SalesForce Assessment through TechBridge. We are currently using SalesForce for our donors and volunteers. We have not begun to use them for clients though. Being new to SalesForce, i'm sure there are more efficient ways to use this software and get useful reports. Does anyone know if this assessment would help a nonprofit use SalesForce more efficiently vs. determining whether SalesForce is a good fit.
You might also try asking about TechBridge on a local NPSP user group or on the Nonprofit Salesforce.com Practitioners Google group.
