The non profit I work for bought Microsoft Office 2016 as a $29 volume license center download. Even with four hours total of phone support, (including an hour where their system wasn't allowing passwords to go through), I still don't have a download, and I've been working on it since 3:30. Six hours. Then whatever happened crashed my entire system, of a new Dell computer. If Microsoft really wanted to help nonprofits, they would make these downloads as easy as they do when you buy it on Amazon. Your time is worth more than this. And now I may have to pay someone to repair my system.
