Can someone please explain this for me:
for Office 365: "These free plans do not include the full installed version of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)."
I am concerned that with Office 365 I will not have the full features of Office such as in Office professional 2016.
Hi Judy. That's correct, with free non-profit plans for Office 365 you do not get the Office 2016 desktop apps. You would need a Business Premium, E3 or E5 plan in order to get desktop apps and those are not free, though they are heavily discounted for non profit customers.
Business Premium is $3/mo per user ($12.50 retail), E3 is $4.50/mo per user ($20 retail) and E5 is $15/mo per user ($35 retail)
