Our nonprofit has a Microsoft MSDN subscription which includes Azure services. How do we get specific information regarding these services? We have tried email/support contacts to TechSoup and Microsoft but unfortunately have not yet received any support.
Are there any members out there using the MSDN subscription services?
Is there someone at TechSoup who may provide guidance for using the MS Azure services?
Azure isn't a product provided directly by TechSoup, so likely your best option is to contact Microsoft to get more information. https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/
The MSDN subscription terms for Azure probably don't allow production commercial use as it's focused on software development and testing. Be sure to review them before putting anything there that your nonprofit needs.
Subscribers can activate their Azure MSDN benefit at no additional charge and use their MSDN software in the cloud. The way you to use those monthly Azure credits is up to the user, these credits can be used on any Azure service including Virtual Machines, Websites, Cloud Services, Mobile Services, Storage, SQL Database, Content Delivery Network, HDInsight, Media Services, and many more.
Welcome to TechSoup and thank you for the info.
Your post included a link to training courses from a firm you appear to be connected to. We do not allow TechSoup to be used as an advertising platform so I removed the link. Our community guidelines are posted here.
