I am an accountant using Team Viewer to help a Non-Profit.
I am of course using the free version since I am not charging the Non Profit for my service.
However I need tech support and none is available to free users.
If the software is not working correctly, you should be able to contact the company and get help. They should understand that if it doesn't work then you are never going to pay for it.
Your other option is to post a message here with the problem you are having and maybe one of us can help.
As Christian said, can you be specific about the problem?

You might wish to post about your problem at the TeamViewer Community Forum. You can get help there even if you're on the free version.

I use team viewer to help my parents with their computer problems, so I have lots of experience using it. What seems to be the trouble?

HELP. I use Team Viewer everyday at work. Were a small non profit organization who help get the elder to there doctor appointments and home care. We have to building i work at which are about 3 miles apart. My problem is my free version of Team Viewer is up. Team Viewer is telling me i have to buy the Software now. The cheapest is 800.00 plus dollars. My question is: Is there anyway around buying Team Viewer ? Is there any other similar free software out there for download ? Can you help ? Thank You, Judd
Unfortunately, Team Viewer views nonprofits as "commercial" users.
If you're using Team Viewer for screen sharing, you could try something like Zoom or UberConference. If you need to take remote control over someone's computer, here's a list of alternatives., here's another, and here's a Reddit discussion.
Judd, your nonprofit might be interested in trying AeroAdmin. It's completely free to use for everyone and has similar features to TeamViewer.
Hope this helps.
Thank You soooooo very much for this info. Im going to check into right away. I'll keep you posted. Again thank you. Judd
If you need to share the screen.. Skype also has such options
You can use many third party applications for this purpose.
I personally use Share Screen feature of Skype or Google Hangout's share screen feature.
It works like charm for me.
