Does anyone have any great stories of using Microsoft products in their fundraising efforts? Or questions about doing so?

If so, share your stories in this thread - we're holding a webinar on June 21 at 11 a.m. Pacific titled How Real Nonprofits Fundraise with Microsoft, and I would love to hear more about how you're using Microsoft, or how you would *like* to use Microsoft products, in your fundraising activities.
