Hi...my name is Lori Plante and I'm new to Tech Soup and also new to this job. A coworker has asked that I purchase an Adobe product for a couple of people...it's called Creative Cloud. I'm just a little anxious about clicking through blindly. I understand that it's a $5 cost each to Tech Soup. After that, how do I get hooked up with Adobe? Thanks for your help...LP
Generally, donation requests are processed within one to three business days by TechSoup. Software and Access to Discounted Rates are fulfilled electronically and Hardware is physically shipped to a non-POBox address. On the TechSoup Product Pages, you can always scroll to the bottom and there should be a header Obtaining This Product to double check how you will receive that specific product.
For Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps Plan 1-Year Individual Membership – Access to Discounted Rates you will pay TechSoup a $5 Admin Fee to access a discounted rate for the Adobe Creative Cloud. Once your donation request processes, you will receive a TechSoup Fulfillment Email with a special link to sign up for the Creative Cloud at a discounted rate and instructions on how to use that link. You will then pay Adobe the discounted rate. Fulfillment Emails are always sent to the listed organization email, which is separate from your member profile login email. If you cannot find your Fulfillment Email, they are stored in your My Account under the tab "Fulfillment Emails"
